Wardrob Culture Terms & Conditions
Clear terms. Confident shopping.
These Terms and Conditions explain the rules that apply when you browse Wardrob Culture, create an account, place an order, submit content or use any service available through our website.
Read Before Ordering
Using the store means agreeing to the applicable terms.
Orders Require Acceptance
Checkout submission alone may not complete the sale.
Policies Work Together
Shipping, returns and privacy pages form part of the terms.
Mandatory Rights Remain
These terms do not remove rights that cannot be excluded.
Terms at a Glance
The essentials before the details.
The complete terms appear below. These three principles explain the basic relationship between Wardrob Culture and every person using the store.
01
Your Responsibility
Provide accurate information
Use correct account, contact, payment and delivery information. Review products, sizes, totals and addresses before submitting an order.
02
Our Responsibility
Process accepted orders with care
We aim to provide clear product information, accurate totals, practical order support and fulfilment through available service providers.
03
Shared Understanding
Some circumstances are outside either party’s control
Availability, payment approval, courier operations, weather, disruptions and technical issues may affect processing or delivery.
How an Order Becomes a Sale
Four stages of the order relationship.
An automatic order-received message confirms submission. Final acceptance may depend on stock, payment, verification and Wardrob Culture’s ability to fulfil the order.
Step 01
You submit an order
You select products, enter checkout information and request to purchase the items shown in your order.
Step 02
We review the request
Stock, price, payment, address and risk information may be checked before the order is accepted.
Step 03
The order is accepted
Acceptance may occur through an express acceptance, processing or dispatch confirmation issued by Wardrob Culture.
Step 04
Fulfilment and delivery
The accepted order is prepared and sent through an available courier for delivery to the supplied address.
Introduction
The agreement between Wardrob Culture and everyone using the store.
In these terms, “Wardrob Culture,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME], operating the Wardrob Culture website. “You” and “your” refer to any visitor, customer, account holder or person using the website.
Section 01
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing, browsing or using the Wardrob Culture website, creating an account, submitting an order or using any connected service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
These terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy , Shipping Information , Return & Exchange Policy and any product-specific or promotional conditions displayed on the website.
When you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the website or submit an order.
Nothing in these terms limits a legal or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or waived.
Section 02
Eligibility, accounts and customer information
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase transaction. A person who does not have full legal capacity should use the website only with the involvement and approval of a parent, guardian or otherwise authorised adult.
You are responsible for ensuring that account, checkout, contact, payment and delivery information is complete, accurate and current.
- Keep account passwords and verification information confidential.
- Do not create an account using another person’s information without permission.
- Notify Wardrob Culture promptly when you suspect unauthorised account or order activity.
- You are responsible for activity completed through your account where permitted by law.
Wardrob Culture may request reasonable verification before processing an account change, high-risk order, refund, cancellation or privacy request.
Section 03
Products, descriptions and availability
We aim to present products, colours, sizes, materials, specifications and photographs as accurately as reasonably possible. Screen settings, lighting, photography, manufacturing tolerances and production batches may cause minor differences.
Product measurements are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise. Customers should review the Size Guide and any product-specific measurements before ordering.
Stock availability
Website availability may change before an order is reviewed or accepted.
Product variations
Natural, textile or batch variations may occur without changing the product’s identity.
Product suitability
Review materials, care, sizing and intended use before purchasing.
Correctable errors
Obvious typographical or technical errors may be corrected after publication.
We may update, withdraw, restrict, replace or discontinue a product at any time, subject to accepted orders and applicable customer rights.
Section 04
Pricing, charges and promotions
Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees unless the website expressly states otherwise. Delivery charges, taxes, service charges or payment-related fees may be shown separately during checkout.
The amount shown in the final checkout summary should be reviewed before submitting the order.
- Prices and offers may change before an order is accepted.
- Coupon codes and promotions may have separate validity dates, product limits and usage rules.
- Unless expressly permitted, promotions cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively.
- An obvious pricing or system error does not require Wardrob Culture to supply the product at the incorrect amount where the law permits correction.
When an incorrect price is identified before acceptance, Wardrob Culture may contact you for instructions or cancel the affected item. Any confirmed payment for a cancelled item will be handled through the applicable refund process.
Section 05
Order submission, review and acceptance
Adding a product to the cart does not reserve stock. Submitting checkout details is an offer or request to purchase the selected products under these terms.
An automatic order-received message confirms that the website received the request. It does not necessarily mean that Wardrob Culture has accepted the order.
Acceptance may occur when Wardrob Culture expressly confirms acceptance, begins final processing or sends a dispatch confirmation. Different items in the same checkout may be accepted or rejected separately.
Orders May Be Declined or Cancelled
This may occur because of unavailable stock, incorrect pricing, payment failure, incomplete information, suspected fraud, address limitations, quantity restrictions, prohibited activity or an inability to fulfil the order.
Products are intended primarily for personal or household use. Wardrob Culture may limit quantities or decline orders that appear intended for unauthorised resale, commercial redistribution or misuse.
Section 06
Payments and Cash on Delivery
Available payment methods are shown during checkout. The options may vary based on order value, location, product, payment provider, risk review or operational availability.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the information provided is accurate.
- Electronic payments may be processed by an independent payment provider under its own terms and security procedures.
- Payment authorisation does not independently guarantee order acceptance.
- Cash on Delivery customers should keep the payable amount available and answer reasonable verification or courier calls.
- Repeated refusal, false orders or delivery abuse may result in order restrictions or prepayment requirements.
Do not send complete card credentials, passwords, one-time codes or financial login information through ordinary email, reviews, WhatsApp or general support forms.
Section 07
Shipping, delivery and risk
Delivery estimates are guidance rather than guaranteed appointment times unless expressly confirmed otherwise. Processing and delivery may be affected by location, courier coverage, public holidays, weather, security, road access, demand and operational disruptions.
Review the Shipping Information page for the current general delivery guidance.
- You are responsible for providing a complete, serviceable and accurate delivery address.
- Keep the submitted telephone number active for verification and courier communication.
- Delivery to a receptionist, guard, family member or person apparently authorised at the address may be treated as completed delivery.
- Additional charges may apply when a parcel must be resent because of inaccurate information, refusal or repeated unsuccessful attempts.
Responsibility for the physical parcel transfers in accordance with applicable law when delivery is completed to the supplied address or authorised recipient.
Section 08
Returns, exchanges and refunds
Return and exchange requests are governed by the Return & Exchange Policy , product category, condition, time window, stock availability and applicable customer rights.
A customer should contact Wardrob Culture and receive return instructions before sending a parcel. Unapproved parcels may be refused, delayed or returned.
- Products must satisfy the stated eligibility, condition, tag and packaging requirements.
- Hygiene-sensitive, used, washed, altered or final-sale products may be restricted.
- Returned products are inspected before an exchange, credit or refund is approved.
- Banking, wallet, payment-provider and courier processing times may affect final completion.
These policy conditions do not remove remedies or rights that apply to defective, unsafe, materially misdescribed or incorrectly supplied products where those rights cannot lawfully be excluded.
Section 09
Customer and Wardrob Culture cancellations
A customer may request cancellation before dispatch, but cancellation is not guaranteed once processing, packing or courier handover has begun.
Wardrob Culture may cancel all or part of an order for reasons including stock shortage, pricing error, failed verification, unavailable delivery service, payment issue, suspected misuse or events preventing fulfilment.
When Wardrob Culture cancels a prepaid order that has not been supplied, the confirmed amount received for the cancelled item will be processed for refund through the appropriate available method.
Section 10
Reviews, photographs and user content
When you submit a review, comment, photograph, suggestion, testimonial or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
You grant Wardrob Culture a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, reproduce, format, display and use submitted content for operating, improving and promoting Wardrob Culture, subject to applicable privacy and consumer requirements.
Wardrob Culture may moderate, reject or remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, irrelevant, infringing, promotional, fraudulent or contains unnecessary personal information.
Protect Your Personal Information
Do not publish addresses, payment information, passwords, verification codes, private order documents or another person’s confidential details in a public review.
Section 11
Acceptable website use
You may use the website only for lawful personal or authorised business purposes consistent with these terms.
- Do not use false identities, stolen payment information or another person’s account.
- Do not attempt to interfere with security, checkout, pricing, stock, accounts or website functionality.
- Do not introduce malicious code, automated attacks, scraping systems or excessive traffic without written permission.
- Do not use the website for fraud, harassment, infringement, unlawful resale or prohibited activity.
- Do not exploit mistakes, promotional limits, refund processes or courier arrangements dishonestly.
Wardrob Culture may investigate suspicious activity and take proportionate action, including order review, cancellation, access restriction or reporting where reasonably necessary.
Section 12
Intellectual property
The Wardrob Culture name, visual identity, website design, graphics, text, product presentation, photography, icons, software, layout and original content are owned by Wardrob Culture, its licensors or the relevant rights holder.
You may view and use the website for personal shopping. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, license, modify, distribute or commercially exploit protected content without written permission or another lawful basis.
Product names, trademarks and content belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not transfer ownership or grant a licence beyond ordinary website use.
Section 13
Third-party services and external links
The website may use or link to independent payment providers, couriers, analytics services, social networks, hosting providers and external websites.
Third-party services may operate under their own terms, privacy policies, availability and security processes. Wardrob Culture does not control every external service and is not responsible for independent content or conduct outside the Wardrob Culture website, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
A link does not automatically mean that Wardrob Culture endorses every statement, product or service available on the external destination.
Section 14
Website availability and disclaimers
We aim to maintain a reliable and useful website, but uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available access cannot be guaranteed.
The website may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, updates, hosting issues, security measures, network failure, power disruption or events beyond reasonable control.
General style, fit, care and product information is provided for shopping guidance. Customers should consider personal circumstances, product labels and product-specific instructions.
Nothing in this section excludes an express product commitment or a mandatory warranty, remedy or customer right that applies under law.
Section 15
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wardrob Culture will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable from the transaction.
Where liability may lawfully be limited, Wardrob Culture’s aggregate liability relating to a specific product or order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product or order.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud, deliberate misconduct or another non-excludable obligation.
You are responsible for reasonable losses, costs or claims caused by your unlawful use of the website, fraudulent transaction, infringement of another person’s rights or material breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Section 16
Suspension and termination
Wardrob Culture may restrict or suspend access, account use, promotional eligibility, Cash on Delivery or order submission where reasonably necessary to protect customers, investigate misuse, comply with obligations or maintain the website.
Where practical and appropriate, Wardrob Culture may provide an opportunity to clarify information. Immediate action may be taken where there is suspected fraud, security risk, unlawful conduct or serious abuse.
Provisions intended to continue after account closure or termination—including payment obligations, intellectual-property terms, dispute provisions and lawful limitations—will remain effective.
Section 17
Events beyond reasonable control
Wardrob Culture will not be treated as breaching these terms for delay or failure caused by an event reasonably outside its control.
Such events may include severe weather, flood, fire, epidemic, public emergency, civil disturbance, road closure, government action, labour disruption, courier interruption, utility failure, cyber incident, telecommunications failure or supplier disruption.
We will take reasonable steps to manage the effect and communicate material delays where practical. When fulfilment becomes impossible, the affected order may be cancelled and any eligible confirmed payment handled through the appropriate refund process.
Section 18
Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms and purchases made through Wardrob Culture are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan, subject to any mandatory consumer or jurisdictional rule that applies to the customer or transaction.
Before beginning formal proceedings, customers are encouraged to contact Wardrob Culture with the order number, relevant evidence and a clear explanation so the matter can be reviewed.
Subject to any court or forum that cannot legally be excluded, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of [CITY, PAKISTAN].
