What It Means

One flexible size range

Free Size does not mean every possible body size. It normally means one garment has a relaxed cut, stretch, adjustable waist or roomy silhouette.

Check Before Ordering

Review garment details

Look for the product’s bust, waist, hip, length and stretch information. Compare those measurements with a similar item you own.

Need Help?

Ask about the actual fit

Share your measurements with customer support and ask whether the item is expected to fit close, regular, relaxed or oversized.

Measurements are approximate body-size guidance. Allow for normal manufacturing tolerance. For fitted garments, non-stretch fabrics or special cuts, product-specific measurements should take priority.

How to Measure

Four measurements. Better confidence.

Stand naturally and keep the tape level without pulling it too tightly. Measure over light clothing or directly over your undergarments for the most useful result.

01

Bust / Chest

Around the fullest part

Pass the tape around the fullest part of your bust or chest. Keep your arms relaxed and the tape parallel to the floor.

02

Waist

Around your natural waist

Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually above the belly button. Do not hold your breath or pull the tape tightly.

03

Hip

Around the fullest point

Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat. Keep the tape straight all the way around.

04

Garment Length

From shoulder or waist

For tops and dresses, measure from the highest shoulder point downward. For trousers, compare the waist-to-hem length with a garment you already own.

Understanding the Fit

The same size can feel different.

Fabric, stretch, shape and styling all affect how a garment sits on the body. Use the product description together with the size chart.

Slim or close fit

Designed to sit nearer the body. Consider your largest measurement and size up when you prefer more ease.

Regular fit

Offers standard wearing ease without being especially tight or oversized. Use the chart size matching your measurements.

Relaxed or loose fit

Includes extra room through the body or legs. Choosing your normal size usually preserves the intended relaxed silhouette.

Stretch fabric

Ribbed cotton, jersey and elasticated garments can accommodate more movement than woven or non-stretch fabrics.

Size Questions

A few helpful answers.

Share the product name and your measurements with customer support when you need help choosing between two sizes.

Choose the larger size when you prefer a relaxed fit, when the garment is fitted or when the fabric has little stretch. The smaller size may work for a closer fit in stretchy or oversized styles.

The general charts on this page use body measurements. Product pages may separately show actual garment measurements, which include the intended wearing ease.

Free Size means one garment is designed to accommodate a flexible range through stretch, elastic, adjustment or a loose silhouette. It does not mean the item fits every body size.

Yes. Comparing the width and length of a similar garment you like can be especially useful when a product page provides actual garment measurements.

Yes. Different cuts, suppliers, fabrics and production methods may create small variations. Product-specific measurements should always take priority over a general chart.
